Implementation
We can provide assistance or project management to registered clients, either remotely by email or on site. We have implemented XLReporting at many clients in different industries and countries, using proven methods and years of experience in reporting matters.
With the purchase of XLReporting you are entitled to one free bespoke import adapter for each module. If your system is not able to produce the data to fit the standard import adapter installed with each XLReporting module, we will provide you with a bespoke adapter that will read and import the information in the format and structure as delivered by your own system. In some cases, clients have a need for customization, for example real-time integration with other systems or databases, or very specific reporting requirements. We offer customization services, so you will remain fully supported and future software upgrades will remain valid.
Online support
We will support you online with any questions or problems you may have, up to 3 months after purchase, free of charge. You can extend this period of online support with the optional annual maintenance plan.
The complete XLReporting User guide is available online. You can also download the User guide. Registered clients are given free access to the clients zone that contains additional information, upgrades, and downloads.
